Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Request a Return

Email us at hello@grablynow.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
• Used items not in original condition

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
